A Tribute to Uncle Henry

A Tribute to Uncle Henry

2 March 2007.

We knew him as a counselor in school, he's more than just a social worker.
He often wore a white polo tee, had a hat on (that looks something like this) whenever under the sun.
he spoke to us like adults despite us behaving like kids.
he shared our burdens, he really shared.
he accompanied us to an old folks home to help out when we were 14, he played basketball with us despite his age, just for the sake of knowing us more.
he impacted the kids in school, and our values wouldn't be possible without him.
Even if we did lack parental love, we experienced fatherly love through him.

Above all, he loved us with the love of God.
He loves God wholeheartedly and loves us fervently!

and thanks for that trademark smile, it brightens up our day, truly.

UNCLE HENRY, PETER LOVES YOU AND PETER WILL MISS YOU.

I'll see you when The Lord calls me home.
