thank God for all of you guys out there!those who gave their encouragement.
it might be sound vibration in the air, but it's like petrol to my oil tank. not that oil tank in the belly, i don't need it thanks. you're truly a fuel to my determination!
i love you folks who heartened, hearten, and yet to hearten me. you mean alot to me and my tremendous weight.

i've to take close measure of my weight these days, and there're moments i wished the weighing scale was lying.
oh ya! this is amusing. i did this out of boredom.
before i excrete solid waste i was 94.2 kg. (sorry guys, scientific terms)
after the business, 94.
hence, the solid waste actually weighs 0.2kg.
now i'm wondering how diarrhoea helps... nah it's partially liquid waste.
thousand apologies to friends munching food out there.
by the way 15.2/100km completed.
bought an everlast shirt. you know... that boxing one..
bought facial cream. you know... for the red polkadots.
