i've created a campaign for myself.the fat-to-fit campaign.
i'm going to accumulate:
100 km of running (not cycling) in a month.
1000 push ups in a month.
at least 5 days of gym training in a month.
and if you ever try to sulk at what i'm doing for my health just because doing these are chicken to you, try being 95kg you loser.
by the way.. just gave myself a hair cut!
i mean it. i trimmed my own hair.
today's paper. alamak. always dreaming in class.

tomorrow's going to be a big day. anatomy and physiology paper. shoot it man.
read the bible on my way to school as usual, weird, kept encountering scriptures that has to do with honouring parents.
